Ireland South Coast

The waterwheels once operated all of the machinery at the Jamesons Whiskey distillery (top left). It still turns and operates the cogs and wheels in the old Mill Building. We learn how the cooper makes the barrels (top right) and see another of the stills (bottom left). The bottom right photo shows the whiskey as it ages, changes its colour and disappears/evaporates (the angel's share) as maturation continues in the barrels for at least 3 years but more likely at least 5-7 years.
